How can you form a more-perfect Union?

I would think that, in order to form a more perfect Union, that our country should make laws that are agreed to by the people involved. To create a perfect Union, you must appeal to everyone in various ways that are reasonable and responsible. Now, it's counterproductive to appeal to everyone's every need, however, if those who aren't happy would attempt to make things better, the Union as a whole could benefit from it.

A better Union could be formed by sacrificing and compromising. People in America need to stop thinking that they are entitled to something and that someone is just going to give them what they want. Americans need to learn that they need to earn it.
